Michael is an internationally renowned chef with over 15 years hospitality & catering experience. He studied hotel management at the New York University and subsequently managed a 250 bedroom hotel in his native South Africa.

He then joined Transnet, the government transport services, where he was responsible for state banquets of up to 1000 guests, including government ministers & International dignitaries. Upon arrival in the UK, he was made senior hospitality manager at the BBC and served many well known celebrities, including Vanessa Feltz, Michael Burke, Jim Davidson and many others.

The wealth of catering experience supplied by Michael Rose works in harmony with Stephanie, a textile designer and functions co-coordinator, utilising her artistic vision in structuring the event from start to finish. This synergy of talent culminates in Michael Rose Banqueting.
